Wrestlers

Last night we were at Meijer's picking up some milk and the clerk said that Tim reminded her of Hulk Hogan, she said if he'd just have blonde hair then he could pass as Hulk. Tim laughed and said he'd also been told he looked like the Undertaker. On the way out I asked who the Undertaker was and he said a wrestler that is like 6'5" and big. I was like oh yeah. I said my dad and mom came to parent's weekend at college. After that one of the guys in the dorm asked me if my dad was Scrapiron Gadansky. I looked at him and said what? He said the wrestler Scrapiron Gadansky? Knowing this guy was from the Milwaukee area I said oh wrestling. I said No, besides my last name is Olson and he said so they have stage names. I remember telling my dad about it and and he said so did you tell him I was? LOL Just so you can see a pic of him looking like he's a wrestler or maybe even an undercover cop here's one for ya. This photo is in the parking garage of the hospital with his leather duster, sunglasses and dew rag. Even making it look more like he's a wrestler, cop or biker.


As of yesterday radiation is over for Tim. Tuesday was the last day of chemotherapy. Monday he's going back to work. Some of the nurses expressed their concern about him going back so soon. Even I feel it's a bit too soon too. But he really wants to get back to work. Everyone we've run into has mentioned his great sense of humor and positive attitude. I think that's what will keep him going. Work will be a big change as many changes have taken place over the last 6 months. But he has kept up with his co-workers via email and IM and will have two weeks of training upon returning to work on Monday.

Noah once again is home sick. This ever changing weather sure doesn't help. He has a sore throat and cough. When he's not sick he's been keeping himself busy with skateboarding when it's dry enough out. Otherwise he's playing video games or on his Myspace chatting with friends. He came out and asked me if I wanted to play cribbage and I said in a little bit. Here's a pic I took of him on April 1st. He's really gettin g pretty tall. It seems like it has taken him longer to get tall than it did Mitchell.
