Neapolitan House Mouse & Friends Challenge
This week over at House Mouse and Friends the challenge is Neapolitan. Yes I had to look up the spelling because it didn't seem right and because I was getting the little red line under the spelling. I'm so happy I could participate this week. I went to a sale - another LSS closing - so sad! But I did get some MME die cuts/tags whatever they call them. Well they worked out fabulously with this challenge! I kinda felt like I was cheating these went together so quickly, so I did two cards! Here are my cards:
Well another week of rehearsals, today Mitch has to be there early for the costumes and fittings. So wish he could find a ride! Only 4 more weeks of this.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Take care and I hope you have a wonderful week!!!

Beautiful cards! Whatcha going to school for this fall? Where ya going? Just be sure you schedule some time to scrap...it'll keep you sane!
Super duper cute...
Really cute, I especially like the first one!
These are really cute cards! It makes me sad at a lot of the scrapbook stores are closing:( but at least you got some neat stuff:)
Wow, two great cards! Love them both.
This is indeed "simply marvelous." I love what you have done with this challenge -- it looks good enough to eat.
Oh, these are so adorable, I can't get enough of these little guys, to cute.
Hey - ditto this has nothing to do with your post either, but WOW! I love that you're going to school for Cancer Information MGMT. How great it will be because you've that experience with Tim and to be able to see him through remission...that's empathy for someone waiting for you someday to comfort them! Good luck in pursuing that, I know you'll be great!
these cards are lovely - I love the cupcake image, it has to be my favourite! I love the theme to this challenge too! I used to love that icecream when I was a child - I think I just may have to make a card for this challenge!
Well, your cards say it all because...I ADORE both of these babies, and they are SIMPLY MARVELOUS!!!! You colored the cupcake so perfectly that I feel like I could reach into my computer screen, grab it out, and gobble it up!!! So very YUMMMMY!!! I also wish I were relaxing in a hot bath like this darling, little Hopper:o) You have truly created some fabulous paper treasures!!!
Love ya!
Carolyn
I have to tell ya Kiddo, not only do I think your cards are great, but I think YOU are great for all that you do for your son to be in the show. I have never seen such a level of dedication and I hope he is giving you tons of hugs for all that you are doing. I think you are a pretty fabulous person! Best, Curt
Now there ya go.....I did spell it right at first. But, the HM blog put the "O" in it, so I changed mine. Should have trusted my spelling instincts. Anywhoo, your cards are adorable. Very yummy-looking, actually, and I have a new "hankerin'" for ice cream of a Neapolitan flavor. Great job on both cards. Thanks for the kind words for Shelby's card. I can't wait to show her that it's on my blog and all the comments. Happy Wednesday.
This is adorable! I love bunny rabbits so much!
I also really liked the prayer you sent Carolyn....it's such a great reminder to give thanks in all things

Two fabulous cards Carmen. Fantastic layouts and I love the paper in your top one and your distressing is great.
Love the fabulous images you chose - two contented little mousies and one contented little Hoppy - makes me want to sit in a hot tup with a scrummy cupcake.
hugs Heather xx
Wowie, I am lovin' this 2-for here, both are totally adorable and perfect for the challenge!! Ha, the spelling, I went with the O even after my inner-dictionary screamed NOooooOOooo!!! Lol.
Simply marvelous indeed!!
