Snow, Snow, Snow

Okay so here in NW Ohio we do not have has much as the NE or even Wisconsin for that matter! But for the past two days things have sort of come to quite a slow down here in Toledo. I wish I could get some awesome photos like Angela does of Here, Now. Look at that shot of the cardinal! She lives in MD and I read today they have like 40+ inches in the last week or so. Angela you can correct me if I'm wrong ;). Ooh and look at her layouts, she really does some awesome clean and linear layouts. What a treasure they will be for her family in years to come! Yesterday I got some exciting news! I've been on Facebook only since the end of December. I have a lot of scrapbook type friends and fan pages. One of them is Croppin Circle and they have their crops at The Heldrich in Brunswick, NJ. I thought man would that be fun to go to one of those crops. They suggested adding the Heldrich to my fan pages, I wasn't sure because our current situation does not allow for travel, but then the Heldrich had a contest for reaching 2500 fans. The Grand Prize is 4 days 3 nights, $500 food and drink and $500 for travel. I thought I so could use a vacation so I became a fan. Well yesterday I was emailed that I was the Grand Prize Winner! I was so thrilled. I can choose from any of their properties. I'm leaning toward Virginia Beach, so if you've been there, let me know. I called to let them know and they will be sending me all the information. Here is the link for the Grand Prize notification.


As you know I haven't really had time to create, but when I learned about a friend's dad passing away, I had to send a card. I had looked at the galleries on scrapbook.com and splitcoast to see what inspiration I could find and this is the
what I came up with.
