Thaw and Snow & Creativity

Last week we were lucky to enjoy temps in the 40's and even low 50's. That was short-lived however, and we've got quite a bit of snow again. It snowed most of the day on Sunday and most of the day on Monday. My creative mojo has been pretty inconsistent. Although since the boys and I moved to our own place it's been better. I will post some of the cards I've made over the past few weeks. Hopefully I'll be a bit more consistent soon. Unpacking my scrappin' goodies that have been in storage the past 5-6 months has reignited my mojo somewhat. I have three sets of Unity stamps that have gotten barely any use. I also have found a ton of scraps. So my solution? To stamp sentiments and then cut them out using my nesties. Then hopefully I'll have some go to sentiments that won't have to be stamped at the last minute. Here are a couple of cards I created using Unity stamps.
I do not use Black, White and Red combos very often but I sure like how this card came out.

Pink and brown are one of my favorite color combos and I just love this memory box patterned paper.

This one was created with some old Stampin Up! rubons. While I'm unpacking I've been trying to organize my goodies as well. I love Core'dinations cardstock and that old patterned paper is from Hobby Lobby amazing how it all coordinates? :)

One more card, this one is a little plain, but still is bright and cheery I think. Of course, if you know me pretty well, you know that purple and green are my favorite colors. In just over a week and 1/2 I'll be hitting that next decade in my life the BIG one... LOL.

Well thanks for taking time out of your busy day to stop by! I sure appreciate your visits.

It's so good to see that you've been posting again! Love all of your cards. You've done something here that I rarely do and wish I would do more of. That is using the sentiment as the main image. It's hard for me to do, but you make it look effortless. Great job on these. Hope all is going well for you. Best, Curt
