My Take on Mojo Monday #314

This weekend I challenged my friend Carolyn to make some cards.  I was hoping to get her to make some cards and hopefully inspire myself. She's been a pretty busy lady with her job as a note taker for Fayetteville Tech and work has been super busy where I work as well. So we definitely needed a break to create! I said we should definitely do MojoMonday sketch 314 and maybe even win something. I'm not sure if I've ever entered a MojoMonday on a contest week.  I've made the cards, but I do not think I've ever entered.  If I have it's probably only been once.  Here is the sketch, I really do like this sketch and can see a multitude of different cards being made from it.  

And here is the card I created.  I got the flower in my goodie basket from the recent Cancer Crop I participated in.  

For whatever reason, I do not make enough birthday cards.  I smooch spritzed the doily last week while spritzing another item.  So that is the first thing I thought of when I saw this sketch.  Everything else pretty much came together after I chose the paper.
