A Quick Post

Hi, I just wanted to stop in and let you know I'm doing good. I got the first week of classes in and still feel pretty good about it. I'm surprised how much I like my Language of Medicine and Medical Sociology classes. Especially Medical Sociology since it's at 8 am on a Saturday! I suppose I'll be around a little less. I'm going to try and post at least once a week. Once I get my routine figured out hopefully I can fit in paper crafting at least once a week! I'm getting my stuff together and gonna head to the library. I'm so glad there is a Lucas County Library nearby. I wish it was a tad closer. I would walk it since we only have one car. But I'm not in shape and carrying books would make it a little more difficult even in a messenger bag! I have to get a three page draft done by midnight tonight. It's an analysis paper on song lyrics. So it'll be interesting.

Well I guess I should show you what I created. I colored this image in over the past few days and then put it together over the weekend. Yes, it took two days to put it together. I just couldn't for the life of me come up with what to do. Even as it is it looks a little boring to me. It's growing on me, every card doesn't have to have layer upon layer...right?? I won this cute stamp in the KLSNS blog hop that I participated in a few weeks ago. This is Lily and Milo...so cute and I'm sure this stamp will get inked up a lot! I was going to enter this for the Stampavie challenge, but decided it doesn't look very summery. Oh well at least I have another card if I need one. I thought I'd add the sentiment later.
