Busy Beauties/Mojo Monday
I have a couple of cards to show you. I created a card for my friend Carolyn's new Busy Beauty digi stamp line. I didn't make it in time for the blog hop, so I thought I'd post it now. I'm not sure I like it, so you'll have to let me know what you think. I think the inking doesn't help, it only makes it look dirty. I really like the Back to School Beauty...I think it's great to have teen - geared images! So here she is...
I just love Basic Grey Indian Summer line! Such gorgeous rich colors. The sentiment stamp is Studio G. I cut it apart so I could use them separately. The leaf is a Cuttlebug die, I found on clearance at Hobby Lobby. Actually there were 4 different leaf dies in the pkg. My next card is for Mojo Monday 107. I was surfing the net looking for card sketches and saw this beautiful sketch and just had to create a card. This is actually my second attempt as I was trying to make the card by just remembering the sketch. I think this card turned out pretty good.
I might try this sketch again with different images/sentiments. More BG Indian Summer and Outdoorsy Olive from WorldWin. The sentiment is Inkadinkado and the pink rhinestones are Kaisercraft. Well that's it for tonight I really should be studying as I have lots to accomplish this week! Hope your week is wonderful!!!
