Happy Halloween! And Here Comes the Bride

First of all I want to wish all of you a very Happy Halloween! Hope you get lots of ghosts, goblins and princesses in your neighborhood or that you're out with your trick or treaters enjoying the night. Busy Beauties design team members challenged each other to post a Halloween creation using the Here Comes the Bride image. Please be aware this is not a Wedding card, but a Halloween one, so think Bride of Frankenstein. I had started coloring her the other night and trying to come up with a card design as well. I knew the paper I wanted to use so I colored her accordingly. The hard part for me turned out putting the card together. The first way I wanted to go would made the Bride disappear into the printed paper and I didn't want that. So with more futsing around I came up with this. I love this Reminisce paper, it's glossy and I love the eyeball all over it. It's double sided and I wanted to use the multi colored side, but that would've detracted from the image so I used the purple side and added a strip of the multi-colored side. I used a See-D's stamp to stamp goodies on her loot bag. I used another See D's set to stamp What a Costume on the negative of the word window punch. Then added a bow and voila!
Please stop by the other Busy Beauties Brigade members and check out their awesome Here Comes the Bride creations!!! Their links are on the right under Busy Beauties Brigade.

Thought I'd post our Jack O' Lanterns too. Mitch and I carved ours the other afternoon and Noah carved his Weds night while I was at class. Mitch carved Tinkerbell although you can hardly tell now, because the squirrels got at it. I think since Tim feeds them they think everything on our porch is for them. I had a spider carved in mine and now it's just a round circle.

Tim and Ian were going to do a spider web and found out how time consuming it was so then they worked on a face but Ian must've made a boo-boo because it's just big hole now. So here's our pumpkins!

Here's Tink! She doesn't have the part that separates her bun from the rest of her hair (darn squirrels)!

My spider thats now just a circle :(

The thing about squirrels is - they're a little nuts. (Sorry! Couldn't resist!)
